The Atlanta Youth Tennis and Education Foundation (AYTEF) is organizing a "MAYTEF" Teach-A-Thon fundraiser in collaboration with Universal Tennis Academy (UTA), in lieu of National Tennis Month, with the aim of supporting the youth in our program.

When you take part in this Teach-A-Thon event, you’re giving young players more than just a sport—you’re giving them:

The confidence to take on challenges and grow through the game
Mentors and role models who guide them in school, sports, and life

AYTEF is on a mission to raise $10,000 during National Tennis Month to expand access to our free and low-cost tennis and education programs serving under-resourced youth across Atlanta.

Did you know Georgia ranks as the #1 tennis-playing state in the country (Insider Monkey)? Yet, many families still face barriers—like the high cost of lessons, limited access to courts, and expensive equipment.

At AYTEF, we proactively break down those barriers by providing equitable access to quality tennis instruction, academic support, and life skills development—all in a safe and supportive environment.

How to Get Involved

Donate a Lesson
Turn your time on court into an opportunity to give back. The cost of just one lesso can help two young people gain access to AYTEF’s free and low-cost tennis and education programs. This May, you can make a difference by pledging a portion of your lesson fees for a day or a week to support our mission.

Host a Mixer or Round Robin
Organize a fun event at your club or park—invite your community, rally your team, and collect donations. We’ll provide tips and tools to make your event a success.

Fundraise as a Team
We’ll give you everything you need to promote and track your impact. Get your league or tennis team involved by setting a collective fundraising goal.

Spread the Word
